1. Shipping Cost
All orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $5 per item.

2. Order Handling

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

USA Domestic: 3–7 business days
International: Varies depending on location and customs

4. Shipment Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed.
Use the tracking number to monitor your order status online.

5. Returns & Exchanges – Watches

Only unworn, undamaged watches with all original accessories are eligible.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

 with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Watches must be returned in their original packaging, including manuals, tags, and accessories.
Refunds are issued after inspection, excluding original shipping costs.

6. Important Notes

Inspect your watch immediately upon delivery. Report any damages or defects within 48 hours.
For exchanges or replacements, contact us before returning the item.
